Job description:
The Aromablendz Sr. Sales Officer will be the marketing manager for all Aroma Blendz products. Key responsibilities include creating awareness & increasing revenue of our Spa products. She will work closely with the Asst. Sales Manager, reporting into the Marketing head.
Primary Functions:
- Will be a one point interaction for the client right from generating & converting a lead, to supervising on supply chain and delivery of products to client’s doorstep.
- Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic database of Corporate customers, Salons and Spa.
- Regular follows up with existing clients for repeat orders of products and services.
- Reporting to the Marketing personnel every week, submission of daily sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Sourcing out of new distributors for Retail sale of the products across spa industry.
- Achieving monthly sales target for Spa products
- Tele calling from database provided by the company to generate and convert leads
- Should be resourceful – continuously strive to procure new client data and generate referral leads from existing customers
Leadership qualities:
- Act as a mentor for the team. Accompany junior team mates in making cold calls, combing the market, fixing appointments & meeting customers on regular basis.
- Guide & accompany them while closing difficult sales leads.
- Set targets for your team & ensure they achieve the same.
- Should lead by example for the team.
Candidates Profile:
- Self starter, highly motivated, with good communication skills & a pleasing personality.
- Correspondence skills & excellent command over English is a must.
- Proficient in excel, word & power point s a must.
- Willingness to work 100% in the field.
- A commitment to work for a minimum of 1 year with the organization on a probation period of 6 month.
